In the short video below Norman Wirzba discusses the connection between mindfulness and thankfulness when it comes to eating. As I watched this video it was also clear that the act of mindfulness must permeate all that we’re involved in. Why? Because thankfulness is a major component of the lives we’re called and created to live.
